Bob Samoluk is a former Human Resources Executive with over 25 years of experience in the field.  Bob was the Human Resources Director at BNY Mellon supporting the Finance and Risk and Compliance groups at BNY Mellon Headquarters in New York.  Additionally, Bob was the Human Resources Director for BNY Mellon’s Asset Servicing group, a larger financial services operations group with over 12,000 employees across the globe In mid-career Bob stepped out of his corporate Human Resources career to become the Deputy Campaign Director and Treasurer for the Scott Harshbarger for Governor of Massachusetts campaign.   Since leaving the corporate world Bob has focused on working with non-profit organizations, with a focus on housing issues. He is currently on the board of FORWARD (Friends or Relative with Autism and Related Disabilities).  He served as the Chair of the Dennis Affordable Housing Trust and was an active participant in the Cape Housing Institute. He also served as Chair of the Dennis Democratic Committee and on the board of the Cape and Islands Democratic Council, where he was active in electing Democrats across Cape Cod.  Bob is a graduate of the University of Massachusetts, Amherst and holds a Certificate in Human Resources Management for Bentley University.

Annette retired to Cape Cod after a 30 year career in the technology industry servicing financial institutions,  Fortune 500 and Non-profit organizations.  As a Strategic Account Executive Annette managed the implementations of large scale database systems for commercial, industrial and financial applications.  While working in the non-profit space she implemented online engagement software for such clients as:  NRDC & EDF in the environmental sector, animal rights groups PETA & the Humane Society of the US, human rights groups such as NARAL, Planned Parenthood & Human Rights Campaign, and unions AFL/CIO & SEIU.  As a Business Development Executive for the Cleantech Group, a research and consulting firm,  she brought together nascent innovation companies with capital resources to facilitate growth opportunities for their sustainable technology companies.  She currently serves as Secretary of the Dennis Democratic Town Committee and has been actively working to elect Democrats across the Cape & Massachusetts, in our national elections and in swing states over the last 8 years. Annette holds a Master's of Science from Drexel University's College of Computing and Informatics.

With 25 years of expertise, she launched the full-service marketing communications and social media agency.  Margot has led the marketing communications, community relations, and public relations initiatives of leading organizations including: Riverview School; The Massachusetts Council on Compulsive Gambling; The March of Dimes, New Jersey Chapter; the American Diabetes Association, Rhode Island Affiliate; and the National Multiple Sclerosis Society, New Jersey Chapter.  Specialties: Marketing communications, project management, writing, storytelling, branding, non-profit organizations, education, community relations, public relations, social media, videography, photography, advertising, digital media.  Margot earned a Bachelor of Arts in Communication Studies from the University of Rhode Island.
